RealSpine lumbar spine models

The lumbar spine, three ways in. Posterior, anterior, lateral.

Three lumbar models on one base. Lumbar Posterior for endoscopic and microscopic decompression, L2 to S1, with eight herniations and a stenosis to clear. Lumbar Anterior Lateral for ALIF, OLIF and LLIF, L3 to S1. Lumbar Posterior Lateral for ATP and transpsoas approaches, L2 to L5.

Uniportal and biportal endoscopy with irrigation and bleeding management

TLIF, PLIF, ALIF, OLIF and LLIF cages, plates and screws

X ray, navigation and RealImaging compatible

See, decide, move.

Posterior access

RealSpine Lumbar Posterior

Endoscopic and microscopic decompression from L2 to S1, with eight herniations, a stenosis to clear and bleeding to manage. Realists rates it at up to eight training sessions on one simulator.

Fluid Pumping System
Ready
Press the button. The Fluid Pumping System starts the bleed on cue, the trainee manages it under irrigation, then it resets for the next herniation. A diagram of the sequence, not a product image.

1

canal stenosis, L4 to L5

Fully workable from L2 to S1, at real dimensions. Every level listed on this model is a level a trainee can operate, with anatomy at the size a surgeon meets in the OR. When you compare simulators, ask which listed levels can actually be operated, and at what size.

Part of RealSpine 2026

Three lumbar models. Each one complete on its own.

Every lumbar model ships with its own base and works independently. Lumbar Anterior Lateral shares its base with Cervical Anterior, so a program that runs both buys one base. Full Modular and Deformity are separate products in the same RealSpine family.

RealSpine is an excellent training model. It feels like operating a real patient.

Questions we get about the lumbar models.

Which lumbar model do we need?

How many cases fit on one Lumbar Posterior?

Does it work with endoscopy and irrigation?

Can we place our own cages, plates and screws?

Can we use fluoroscopy or navigation?

Eight herniations on one cartridge. Try all of them.
