For MedTech companies

Your launch should not wait for a lab date. Train your reps and your surgeons on the same spine, in every region.

Medical device sales training and surgeon education on one platform. The same case, the same pathology and the same implant in every region, as often as the launch needs it, with your instruments and your imaging.

Rep onboarding, surgeon education and launch demos on one platform

Your implants, your instruments, your navigation or robot

Where a launch loses weeks

The lab calendar is not your launch calendar.

A cadaver course happens a few times a year, is booked months ahead and gives each rep one case. The hire who starts in March waits for June. The launch does not wait.

RealSpine runs on a cartridge, not a specimen. A session that depends on nothing but a cartridge does not get cancelled for a specimen, and it runs the same in Phoenix as in Boston.

One launch year, two calendars
Cadaver lab dates fall on a few days a year and are booked months out. RealSpine sessions run any day, in any region. Q1Q2Q3Q4 Launch date Cadaver lab datesbooked months out, one case each RealSpine sessionsany day, any region, same case

Three jobs, one platform

Onboard the rep. Educate the surgeon. Launch the product.

Each job runs on the cartridge your product is used on. Pick the model, bring your set.

01

Rep onboarding

The new hire places your implant before the first case.

Medical device sales rep training on the anatomy the product is built for: ACDF plates and cages on the Cervical Anterior, TLIF and PLIF on the Lumbar Posterior, lateral access on the Posterior Lateral. Eight herniations on one lumbar cartridge means eight attempts, not one.

02

Surgeon education

The surgeon and the rep work the same construct.

Surgeon workshops at your center, at a congress or in a RealLab, with active bleeding on the posterior models and RealImaging when there is no C arm in the room. The surgeon who wants a second pass gets one.

03

Product launch and demos

A robotics or navigation rollout on a spine that is true to size.

Full Modular runs occiput to sacrum in true anatomical dimensions and is built for robotic and image guided workflows. Registration, planning and the screw path are practiced the same way in every region before the first live case.

Two people decide this

One owns the number. One owns the calendar.

The page is written for both. Forward it to the other one.

For the VP of Sales

Standardize rep readiness across regions, and stop letting the lab set the launch date.

One spine training ecosystem across approaches and pathologies, cervical to deformity, instead of a patchwork of tools

The same cartridge in every region, so field performance does not vary by instructor or by lab availability

Buy the platform once, add cartridges and pathologies as the launch grows

Built for robotics, navigation and long constructs when the launch is a platform, not a screw

Thirty minutes with Greg is the commercial review. Bring the launch calendar.

For the Director of Professional Education

A course that runs on your date, with your set, and comes back for the next cohort.

Cartridge on a base, your instruments and implants, X ray and navigation compatible

Repeatable pathology: the same herniation, stenosis or curve for every cohort, so assessment is the same too

Nothing to source, store or dispose of; RealImaging when the room has no C arm

Your center, a congress suite or a RealLab, whichever the calendar allows

Ask Greg for a one page summary to forward to your VP of Sales.

In use at hospitals in Dallas and New York

After the demo

Three steps from the first call to the first region.

1

Thirty minutes with Greg

In person or online. Your product on the cartridge your reps will train on. He tells you which training days RealSpine can take over, and which ones it cannot.

2

Your case, your center

Before you decide, Realists sends models to your team for testing, or comes to you. Your instruments, your faculty, your case.

3

Platform once, cartridges per region

Buy the platform once, then add the cartridges and pathologies each region needs, on the same base, with the same case everywhere.

How buying works

What you buy once, and what you add.

No prices here. The shape of the purchase, so the committee knows what it is looking at.

The platform, once

A RealSpine base with the Fluid Pumping System, bought or rented. Then the cartridges your launch needs. In the US the cervical models ship on the RealSpine System COMPACT base.

Cartridges as the launch grows

Add the anatomy and the pathology the product is built for: a Cervical Anterior for a plate launch, a Lumbar Posterior for a cage. New pathologies arrive as cartridges, not as new machines.

Your instruments, your imaging

Reps train with the implants they will sell and the instruments the surgeon will hold. Bring your navigation or your robot. RealImaging covers the rooms with no C arm.

Sales and support from Realists USA

Greg maps regions to cartridges with you after the demo. Product and engineering sit in Leipzig. Realists USA is the US contact from the first demo onward.

What sales leaders ask

Five objections, answered straight.

Training is not our bottleneck. Execution is.

We already have cadaver courses scheduled.

This looks like an education tool, not a revenue tool.

What does rollout across regions look like?

How do we know it will be used and not sit in a closet?

Your launch calendar should not wait for a cadaver date.

Book a demo and bring the product you are launching. Greg runs it on the cartridge it was built for.
